East Bangalore has a huge potential and will see tremendous appreciation in the next 1 or 2 years. This is the right time to buy a property here said R.Nagaraj, Chairman, CREDAI Karnataka. He said it in a speech on the inauguration of the 2 day CREDAI Realty Expo at Hotel Park Plaza, Marathhalli today.

“We have taken this expo now to a different level. All the stalls here are booked. Now the demand has been increased. We want to inform our customers that the prices are not going to come down further. Since the raw materials prices are increasing real estate prices will also increase.

Further there won’t be any offer from developers since the construction cost is high” added Nagaraj.

Hundreds of people thronged the CREDAI Expo held at Hotel Park Plaza at Marathhalli on its first day today. The event saw unprecedented success with hundreds of potential clients browsing through a range of projects by CREDAI members. The Expo hosted 43 builders and 5 banking institutions that provided comprehensive information on quality real estate projects in the vicinity.

Speaking on the inauguration of the event, Mr.K.K. Maplani, Founder President, CREDAI Bengaluru says “Buying property is a little tedious task for everyone. But our developers are supporting all the customers.

Also member developers are supporting CREDAI. The good work of the developers will be appreciated”.
