GURGAON: The vibrant festive season has brought positive hopes to the real estate sector with most of the developers making serious efforts to deliver the projects and launching offers for the home buyers. Parveen Jain, NAREDCO, said “The realty market is quite luring due to a number of schemes, offers and up to 10 percent discount on booking which are common from builders and lenders to draw buyers. At the moment, developers are extremely proactive and offering huge discounts which is the most important catalyst to entice both end-users and investors “.
Speaking about the unique offer, Sumit Berry, Managing Director, BDI Group said “We have brought about a lucrative offer for our customers, a first of its kind in Delhi-NCR, the offer pertains to warranty cover for the homes. The warranty cover will be applicable to the construction related attributes of the houses for 10 years. This offer virtually surpasses all the existing offers, with this, the customers can lead a stress free life without worrying about the need to get the repairing etc done. Unlike most offers this offer shall extend even to the subsequent customer, if bought within the stipulated time. This offer will be applicable on select projects.”
On the other hand Emaar MGF has commenced handover of the first phase of its 200-acre township Emerald Hills to customers. The company had recently received Occupancy Certificates for 413 units of the project. Prior to this, Emaar MGF had offered 150 plots for possession to its customers in the project, located in Sector 65, Gurgaon on the Golf Course Extension Road. Ashish Jerath, Head-Sales, Emaar MGF “We are extremely delighted to announce this development for our customers. The series of deliveries which have been made recently, and the upcoming handovers over the next 6 months, are already adding to the cheer of the market”. Gagan Malhotra, one of the buyers, said “The faster-paced project deliveries is the best Diwali gift the home buyers are looking forward to, as it will not only help in lifting the stakeholder sentiments, but also shape the direction of the realty market in the region”.
