The consultancy plans to promote its international properties through the Colliers Associate Program, starting with the London market, followed by Australia and Canada.
The programme would involve training local brokers, empanelling them and providing them with exclusive supply of international properties to sell at competitive commission of a minimum of 2%. It also promises to offer incentive schemes for brokers based on their performance.
“We plan to create a pan-India retail distribution network through this programme. Providing exclusive supply of properties across the world to local brokers and empowering them with knowledge of various markets would help in increasing their earning power,” said Mona Jalota, director, international and NRI residential services, Colliers International.
