NEW DELHI: Mumbai-based real estate developer Godrej Properties has announced the sale of over 300 apartments at its Godrej Greens project in Pune within two months of launch.

Around 400 apartments were opened for sale in the project, according to the company.

The 10-acre Godrej Greens project is a part of a larger 31-acre residential development at Undri. It offers 2BHK and 3BHK apartments with carpet areas ranging from 52.3 square metre to 82.5 sqm.

Pirojsha Godrej, managing director and CEO, Godrej Properties said, “We consider Pune a critical growth opportunity for our company and hope to have many more successful launches in the city. We will do everything possible to ensure we deliver our customers an outstanding and innovative project.”

Undri was recently included in Pune Metropolitan Regional Development Authority (PMRDA) limits and is set to have a 170 km long Pune Ring Road and Metro that would connect Undri to the other parts of Pune city and a new Pune International Airport at Purandar.
