A three-day housing fair would be organised from Sunday, October 2 to 5, by Bhopal Development Authority (BDA) at Lawyers Chamber and would be inaugurated by Chairman of BDA Om Yadav. During the fair new and old residential and commercial complexes would be offered. The sale would be from October 2 till October 20. At the fair stalls of SBI, BOI, OBS, Canara, BOB and Kotak Mahindra banks would be installed and interested buyers would avail loan from these banks.
Officer Chambers of different sizes for lawyers in the range of Rs 7 lakh – Rs 13 lakh would be made available.
Under Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel Phase II scheme at Misrod 156 plots have been provided by proper planning. At the Mahalaxmi residential scheme at Raisen road Junior MIG and Senior MIG in the range of Rs 32 lakh and Rs 40 lakh respectively are available and a total of 33 houses are available. With the aim to provide houses to Economically Weaker Section (EWS) 280 apartments of two BHK and 80 apartments of 1 BHK are available under Navibagh scheme and along with these apartments, 17 apartments of 1 BHK and 80 apartments of 2 BHK of Maharishi Patanjali scheme are available.
The apartments are available in the range of Rs 5 lakh to Rs 12 lakh and for loans till Rs 6.5 lakh the interest subsidy would be provided by the banks providing loans. Among other residential complexes which would be offered in the fair would be Aerocity, MG Rusia Nagar and Pipalner housing scheme. Commercial complexes would be offered at Second number stop, Salaiya and Patanjali.
