The BDA has announced its new proposal on the New Year on Friday. This apart, the BDA has also decided to begin the online registration process for houses at phases I and II of Paikarapur where around 368 flats will be put up for the registration that will begin on January 18.
The Phase-I of the Paikarapur housing project has come up on 2.8 acres of land, while Phase-II has been built on three acres of land. In both the projects, there will be houses for people belonging to low-income group, middle-income group and high-income group.
In the two phases of the project, buyers can register themselves for 160 one-BHK (bedroom, hall and kitchen), 112 two-BHK and 96 three-BHK apartments. The houses will be allotted through a lottery, sources in the BDA said.
