Over 30 property developers have exhibited details of their residential projects in Coimbatore at Fairpro 2016, the annual property fair organised by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), Coimbatore.
The three-day fair was inaugurated at CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex on Friday by Jairam Varadaraj, Managing Director of Elgi Equipments.
Information about properties under various stages of development across the city and its peripheral areas has been displayed.
Property developments are picking up on the Vilankurichi-Saravanampatty stretch, because of the proximity to TIDEL Park, and in the future it will become a belt, said Rajesh. B. Lund, president of CREDAI-Coimbatore.
Mr. Varadaraj urged the property developers to focus on quality, customer service, innovation, and cost management.
“Game changing shift is possible for industries across sectors if we can leverage on intellectual capabilities through innovation,” he said. Even the property segment can control significant costs. If the industry can re-question its model of business, look at processes, have expensive workers and work out successful methods, it will benefit, he said.
The fair will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
