Sumadhura Acropolis will have one tower with two blocks of 31 floors and 564 flats. It will have 20 per cent built up area and 80 per cent open land with landscaping, apart from modern luxurious amenities and a club house. Spread across 4.5 acres, the project offers a saleable area of over 1 million sq ft. Of the ₹300 crore, ₹100 crore is from internal accruals and ₹100 crore will be raised from financial institutions.
“We are coming back to Hyderabad after a decade, as there is a positive customer sentiment, government’s proactive policies besides Hyderabad market creating a buzz,” he said.
