The two-day exhibition is being held at the Maquinez Palace (old GMC building), Panaji, till Sunday.
Some of Goa’s prominent developers are showcasing their best properties, including studio apartments and luxury villas during the two-day exhibition. “Most of the queries are for 2BHK flats. This is the hotcake segment, because we offer affordable housing. Nearly, 90% of our inventory in phase one has been sold out,” Avinash Poonia of Mangalam build-developers said.
The real estate projects showcased are either ready for possession or in the construction phase and situated in Mapusa, Ponda, Kadamba plateau, Candolim, Aldona, Margao, and Porvorim.
“Most queries are for in and around Panaji and Porvorim in the around 50 lakh budget,” marketing and sales manager of Devashri Real Estate Developers Ratesh Valvaikar said. Devashri has a project in Porvorim where it has 2BHK units starting at 57 lakh and 85 lakh for a 3BHK unit.
The other real estate companies showcasing their projects are Alcon constructions, Acron developers, Four Seasons Shelters, Highland Constructions, Priority Constructions and G N Constructions.
“We are surprised by the response we are getting. We have a project in Mapusa and Ponda and though most people want projects in Panaji or Porvorim, there is interest for Mapusa also,” Mumbai-based Vijay Balgi of G N Group said.
